Neutral Bliss Safari

Watching the leaves change outside my apartment window; brought ease of the fall settling in. As I walked back towards my kitchen I noticed the drying dishes on the counter top. The young giraffe measuring cup looked like he was leaping through dunes of multi-colored sand. I recognize that through my yoga practice I am drawn to less colorful material objects. Imagining choices of neutral bliss is on my radar.
The coloring of the mind dissipates with disciplined practice of yoga. Patterns are recognized and released. Colors fade away to reality. Think of the last material item you purchased….what color is your mind?

Autumn Bleached

Autumn has arrived, one may say as they saddle up with their knee-high boots and tassel scarf. The sun has appeared on several occasions to remind us all that summer is not lost. The dips of Summer and Autumn may be my favorite see-saw of weather. One rainy day becomes one sunny day. Without dreading the ‘pits’ of winter, we can play on the see-saw of Autumn Bleached Pumpkins. Cheers (with apple cider, of course)
